Our romantic escape at Hanoi Calista Hotel was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Amanda, showered us with warmth and hospitality, making sure every detail of our stay was flawless. Their excellent recommendations and attention to our needs truly set this boutique hotel apart. Situated in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, the hotel's location was a dream for exploring Hanoi on foot. We opted for the triple balcony room, and it was a true gem. the room was meticulously clean, adorned with modern amenities that exceeded our expectations. The outstanding staff, including Jessi, Amanda, and Siau, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether it was arranging our airport transfers or promptly preparing our room after a trip to Ha Long Bay, their efficiency and care made us feel truly pampered. the proximity to key attractions like the shopping street and Train Street added to the hotel's allure. the central location allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant city life without compromising on tranquility. the room, complete with a balcony and all necessary amenities, provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. the attentiveness of the staff, paired with the convenience of the surroundings, made our romantic getaway truly unforgettable.
